He hired and directed an agile squad of 10–15 builders spanning product, engineering, and infrastructure operations. By matching design tokens directly to the underlying code structures, he eliminated UI interpretation debt.
Runway Optimization via Advisory Work

Building an enterprise-grade engine from the ground up
By anchoring design directly to engineering token structures and utilizing data from their successful B2C traction, the lean team launched the complete SpendOS pivot inside of nine months. The architecture seamlessly scaled to manage complex spend-activation protocols required by UPI systems and corporate card layers. SpendOS reached enterprise validation with zero external seed dilution, maintaining absolute founder control.
